The Well Collective began with a simple question: what if finding a trusted wellness provider in Lubbock felt less like searching a database — and more like being welcomed into a community?
Our Story
Lubbock is full of incredible people doing meaningful work. Practitioners, clinicians, teachers, makers, studios, and local businesses are creating more ways to live well, but finding the right people, resources, and experiences can still feel scattered.
The Well Collective was created to bring those pieces together.
We’re building a place where Lubbock can discover trusted local people and businesses, learn from the people behind the work, find experiences that bring us together, and stay connected to what’s happening in our community.

Our story
Why we started The Well.
The Well Collective was born out of a desire to create something our community has been missing: a place where wellness, education, and connection come together.
We believe wellness isn't one-size-fits-all. It's about having access to resources, asking questions, making informed decisions, and finding practitioners and businesses who genuinely care about the well-being of individuals and families.
We're especially passionate about bridging the gap between holistic wellness and modern medicine. There's room for both, and meaningful conversation and collaboration help us all make more empowered choices.
Our hope is that The Well becomes more than a market or a directory. We want it to be a trusted resource, a place to discover local practitioners, learn something new, build relationships, and feel supported wherever you are in your wellness journey.
