We're setting the table for our founding circle. The first 20 partners to join The Well Collective receive 20% off their partnership rate for as long as their partnership remains continuously active and in good standing. As The Well Collective grows, standard partnership pricing may increase — Founding Partners continue to receive 20% off the then-current applicable partnership rate.
Founding recognition includes permanent Founding Well Partner status on the site, a Founding Well Partner certificate signed by our founding team, the founding rate, and being named from the main stage at the Grand Opening Wellness Festival. Founding Partners also receive a Founding Well Partner badge to display on your website, social media, and at your business.

One practitioner. You are the business, whether you have your own space, rent a room, or work virtually.
Small Studio & Clinic
A small team focused on one core service or specialty, like a yoga studio, massage clinic, or counseling practice.
Established Business
A multi-disciplinary practice or larger business, with several practitioners offering a range of services, or more than one location. A clinic with physicians, massage therapists, and a variety of services is a good example.

Are you a practitioner with your own business or brand who works within an established studio, clinic, or wellness business? Or does your business bring together multiple independent practitioners?
Affiliated Practices make it possible to connect those businesses inside The Well while giving each practitioner their own presence and access to preferred affiliate pricing.

Do I need my own business or brand to become an Affiliated Practice?
Yes. Affiliated Practices are separately branded businesses or practices with their own Well Partner profile.
Who pays for my Partnership?
You do. Each Affiliated Practice has its own subscription. The Established Business does not pay for or manage your Partnership.
Can I choose my own Partnership level?
Yes. Affiliated Practices can choose Listing, Featured, or Premier.
How does affiliate pricing work?
Preferred affiliate pricing applies while you have a confirmed affiliation with an eligible active Established Business: Listing $39/mo · Featured $99/mo · Premier $239/mo.
What happens if I stop working with the business I'm affiliated with?
Your Well account and profile stay with you. You can connect with another eligible Established Business or continue independently at the applicable rate.
What happens to my Founding Well Partner status?
Your Founding Well Partner status stays with you if your affiliation changes or ends, as long as your Well Partnership remains active and in good standing.

How does founding pricing work?
The first 20 approved Well Partners receive Founding Well Partner status. Your founding rate is 20% below the then-current regular rate for your Partnership level and business size, and it stays with you for as long as your Partnership remains continuously active. If regular pricing ever changes, founding pricing updates proportionally to stay 20% below it. If a Partnership lapses and later restarts, regular rates apply.
What does annual billing save me?
Annual billing takes an additional 10% off your active rate — founding or regular — and locks that rate for 12 months. Otherwise your Partnership is month-to-month, with no long-term contract required.
When do I start paying?
Nothing is due with your application. We review every application by hand; once you're approved, you complete secure checkout, and your Partnership begins with your first payment.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancellation requires 30 days' written notice, and your Partnership stays active through the end of the paid period.
What is the Well Approved badge?
The badge marks active Well Partners in good standing, and it is contingent on passing the annual review. It is removed within 7 days after a Partnership ends.
What if a Coming Soon benefit is delayed?
Coming Soon benefits activate after the Grand Opening as the platform is fully built out. If a milestone isn't reached within the stated timeframe, we'll communicate a revised timeline in writing before the benefit's expected activation date.
What's expected of Well Partners over time?
Well Partners are re-reviewed annually for applicable license, insurance, and continued values alignment — the same care we put into curating the collective in the first place.
Do events and the Well Market cost extra?
Listing your workshops, classes, and gatherings on the collective calendar is part of your Partnership. Well Market booth fees are separate: your Partnership secures priority access and a discounted partner rate, and booth fees are charged separately per event. Grand Opening booths work the same way — where priority placement is included, booth space is still charged separately at a discounted rate.
